Our philosophy

Koshi Sushi meals are flavoured with fresh vegetables and fruit, without the use of any ready-to-cook foods and seasonings, which contain large amounts of stabilizers, flavour enhancers and chemical substitutes. Fresh vegetables contain sufficient amounts of fibre, it is of base-forming nature and provides the body with necessary vitamins and enzymes.
Well-prepared sushi is based on fresh fish and therefore we carefully select the best suppliers in this area. Suppliers we select import fresh fish 5 times a week from several fish markets not exclusively in Europe, but also in Pacific Islands and Atlantic ocean. Most of the remaining ingredients are imported from selected suppliers abroad who provide us with fresh ingredients up to 2 times a week.

Koshi Sushi dishes are seasoned with fresh vegetables and fruits, we don’t serve processed foods to our customers, which are full of stabilizers, flavor enhancers and chemical substitutes. Fresh vegetables are rich in fiber, create an alkaline environment and supply the body with the necessary vitamins and enzymes.

Fresh fish is the essence of good sushi, hence we place great emphasis on the selection of the best suppliers in this area. Our suppliers import fresh fish 5 times a week from several markets not only in Europe, but also from the Pacific and the Atlantic.
